Stephen,

Notwithstanding attempts to help you to understand the changes to disability parking arrangements at UPEI you continue to misrepresent the situation. The letter to the Guardian from the PEI Council of People with Disabilities offers an accurate account, and a fair representation of what UPEI is actually doing through the implementation of the University’s accessibility plan.
